These terms are an agreement between your clinic ("you") and WorkflowCraft, a sole proprietorship of Dhvani Zaveri, Borivali, Mumbai, India ("we", "us") for the use of WorkflowCraft Clinic ("the app").
1. The service. The app helps you keep patient records, share visit summaries and track fees. It runs inside your own Google account.
2. Your licence. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for one clinic, for as long as your plan is active. You may not copy, resell, share or modify the app, or let other clinics use your licence.
3. Fees. Setup and subscription fees are as agreed when you sign up. If a subscription is not renewed, the app stops opening for your clinic, but your records are never deleted or locked: they stay in your Google account.
4. Your responsibilities.
Keep your Google account secure.
Make sure the information you record is accurate, and that you have your patients' consent to record and share it.
Check messages and documents before sending them to patients.
Keep backups (the app makes weekly backups in your Drive).
5. Not medical advice. The app is a record-keeping and communication tool. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment or check medicines. All clinical decisions are yours.
6. Data protection. Your clinic is responsible for the patient information it records, as explained in our Privacy policy, including patients' consent and their rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
7. Security of your account. Your records are only as safe as your Google account and devices. We are not responsible for loss, leak or misuse of information caused by: someone getting into your Google account (for example through a weak, shared or stolen password, or a phishing message); a lost, stolen or unlocked phone or computer; people you give access to; or a security problem at Google, WhatsApp or another service outside our control. This does not limit our responsibility for problems caused by our own mistake.
8. Availability. The app depends on Google and WhatsApp services. We do our best to keep it working but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss caused by Google, WhatsApp or other services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending the service. You can stop at any time by removing the app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may end your licence if these terms are seriously broken. Your records stay with you in either case.
11. Your responsibility to us. If someone makes a claim against us because of information your clinic recorded or shared without proper consent, or because these terms were broken by your clinic, your clinic will cover our reasonable costs.
12. Changes. We may update these terms. We will tell customers about important changes by email.
13. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
