Simple patient records for clinics, kept in your own Google account
WorkflowCraft Clinic is a patient-records app for doctors and clinics of every specialty. It works on your phone, tablet and laptop, and everything it saves stays in your own Google account: your Google Sheets, your Google Drive and your Google Calendar. We never receive, store or see your patients' information.
What it does
Patient records and visit notes, laid out like your own paper form
Visit summaries, advice and care plans as PDFs
Send summaries, PDFs and appointment reminders to patients on WhatsApp
Fees and part payments, with monthly statements for you and your accountant
Follow-ups, appointment reminders and discharge summaries
Optional: next appointments added to your Google Calendar
Automatic weekly backups in your own Google Drive
Each clinic's forms and documents are set up to match the way that doctor works.
Why WorkflowCraft Clinic asks for access to your Google account
When you first open the app, Google asks you to allow these permissions. The app uses each one only for the purpose shown, only inside your own account.
See your email address: to identify your clinic's account and check that your licence is active.
Google Sheets: to save your patient, visit and fee records in your clinic's data sheet.
Google Drive (only files this app creates): to keep photos, visit PDFs, reports and backups in a "WorkflowCraft Clinic" folder in your Drive. The app cannot see any other files in your Drive.
Google Calendar (only if you turn it on): to add a patient's next appointment to your calendar, with a reminder.
Send email as you: to send you a morning reminder email listing the patients due that day. It is sent only to you.
Run in the background: to make your weekly backup and morning reminder automatically.
You can remove the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Your records stay in your Google account.
